Marvie Neubauer is an accomplished attorney in the State of Michigan, whose areas of practice include: Corporate Formation, Contract Negotiation, Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship/Conservatorship matters, Criminal, and other Civil and Commercial matters.  As a trademark associate at Thomson Reuters, Mrs. Neubauer managed portfolios for domestic and multinational Fortune 500 companies including pharmaceutical, electronic, and development companies.  Additionally, at Thompson Reuters she acted as a liaison between trademark attorneys and the clients represented, and researched both national and international patent and trademark laws to keep clients apprised of the latest Intellectual Property developments.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Mrs. Neubauer gained extensive technical experience prior to law school in a plurality of technological arts.  Mrs. Neubauer's undergraduate studies focused primarily upon life science and biology, where she acquired knowledge in both chemistry and physics while earning an honors degree in Biological Sciences.  Further, the research she conducted while pursuing her Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering provided her with an opportunity to gain an understanding of biotechnology, mechanical, and electrical engineering, particularly in the ground breaking field of neurophysiology with an emphasis on the integration of smart sensors.  Additionally, because of the extensive nature of the research she conducted for her Master’s degree, she acquired further knowledge of material science and other biotechnological aspects.  Mrs. Neubauer has many publications in the fields of Science and Engineering, and additionally, has presented her research nationwide.
